The plate surrounds it with the sun and moon, an anatomical study of the eye, banks of engraved cloud and a plumb line, drawn as a page of notes in sepia with construction circles passing behind the whole composition and the emblem of the Craft below.
Gold, cream and navy on the black tee give the eye its glow. The white tee shows the drawing as sepia on paper.
