The agreement
masonictshirts.com is operated by Stitch and Go, and Masonic TShirts is its brand. In these terms, “we” means Stitch and Go. These terms govern your use of masonictshirts.com and every purchase you make here. Placing an order means you accept them. We wrote them to be read, so they are short and in plain English. If you have a question about any part, ask us through the before you buy.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout, and your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. If we cannot fulfill an order, or if a listing contained an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel it and refund you in full. That refund is the extent of our obligation for a cancelled order. To cancel an order yourself, email us as soon as you can: if the shirt has not been printed yet we cancel it and refund you in full, and once it has been printed the return policy below applies.
Made to order
Every shirt is printed for you after you order it. Production normally takes 1 to 3 business days before your order ships. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in print placement and color are normal and are not defects. The product images are digital renderings made from the same print file that goes to the printer, so they show the design accurately, but screens and fabric render color differently.
Shipping
Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; if a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will reach out to arrange reshipment.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Email support@masonictshirts.com or use the with your order number, and we reply within one business day with the address to send it to. Once the return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Items should be unworn and unwashed, return shipping is at your cost, and there is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, or the parcel is lost, send us a photo or tell us and we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, with no return needed.
Your account
Ordering creates an account tied to your email address, with no password. Sign-in works through one-time links we email you, so keeping your email inbox secure is what keeps your account secure. Tell us right away if you lose control of the email address on your orders.
Our content and designs
The designs, product images, and text on this site belong to Stitch and Go. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce or resell the artwork itself. Traditional Masonic symbols belong to no one and to everyone; our claim is only to our particular renderings of them. Masonic TShirts is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Grand Lodge or Masonic organization.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, interfere with other customers, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service or cancel orders connected to abuse or fraud.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to disclaim. To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us belongs to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after it takes effect, and the date above will change with it. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions: use the . See also our Privacy Policy.
