Not right? No problem. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How it works

  1. Email support@masonictshirts.com or use the , with your order number (it looks like MTS-847291). Both are also on the contact page.
  2. We reply within one business day with the address to send it to. There is no restocking fee.
  3. Once your return arrives, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  4. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong; those we make right at no cost to you.

Damaged, misprinted, wrong or lost?

Send us a photo, or tell us the parcel never arrived, and we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. You do not need to send it back.

A different size

Every shirt is printed for its order, so the quickest way to a different size is to return the first one for a refund and order the size you want.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If your shirt has not been printed yet, we cancel the order and refund you in full. Once it has been printed, the 14 day return policy above applies.
