The Square

The Square t-shirt takes the square as its subject, drawn as an engraved try square with a scale along both arms. In the lodge the square is the emblem of morality, and a brother is taught to square his actions by it.

Beside it the plate proves the forty seventh problem of Euclid, and the margins hold a trowel, a mallet, a level, a plumb bob, a rough ashlar and a Corinthian capital, with a line of Latin, Virtus, Scientia, Fraternitas, beneath.

Gold on black is the intended pairing, and the sepia notes read clearly on white.
