The Square and Compasses

$24.99

The Square and Compasses Masonic t-shirt sets the emblem of the Craft at the centre of an antique codex plate. The Square and Compasses Masonic t-shirt sets the emblem of the Craft at the centre of an antique codex plate. The square teaches a Mason to square his actions by the rule of virtue, and the compasses to keep his passions within due bounds. The letter G between them stands for Geometry and for the Great Architect of the Universe.

Around the emblem the page fills with studies in fine sepia line: the All Seeing Eye in its radiant triangle, a moon in phase, a Corinthian column, a plumb line, an open book of geometry and a small temple on its chequered floor, all tied together by faint compass drawn construction circles and lettered points.

The gold and midnight blue of the central plate sit best on the black and navy tees, where the sepia studies read like ink on a dark page.

Our foundation tee: midweight ring-spun cotton with a clean, classic fit. Pre-shrunk, tagless, and built for every day.

  • 100% ring-spun cotton, 5.3 oz
  • Classic unisex fit, true to size
  • Chest print up to 10.0″ × 12.0″
