Upon the Level

The Upon the Level t-shirt shows the level of the old stonemasons, a bar and upright with a plumb bob hanging to its mark, above a banner reading Upon the Level. Masons meet upon the level, which means that rank and fortune are left at the door, and the phrase is one anyone can stand behind. The shirt carries no membership emblem.

The plate draws a plumb bob, a rough ashlar, a perfect ashlar and a twenty four inch gauge in the margins, with the level in engraved gold.

The gold level and the banner read strongest on black.
